How we use your details

Your candidate account belongs to you. You have one profile and one set of resumes, and you use them to apply to any employer on the job portal.

What an employer receives

Only when you apply, and only that employer. They receive your name, e-mail, phone number and location, your professional details (experience, current role, expected salary, notice period), your skills, education, work experience, certifications, projects and languages, plus a copy of the one resume you choose and your answers to their questions.

They don't see your other resumes, your saved jobs, your job alerts, the companies you follow or your applications to other employers. Your date of birth and gender are never shared.

What stays with the employer

Recruiter notes, ratings, interview feedback and hiring decisions belong to the employer's hiring process and are not shown to you or to other employers. In your account you see the progress of each application, your interviews, offers and the documents an employer chooses to share with you.

Keeping it up to date

Edit your profile at any time. Employers keep the details you shared with an application. Each new application sends your latest profile.

Your choices

Withdraw an application from your account, delete resumes, pause job alerts and turn e-mails off in your account settings. To have an employer delete the data you sent them, contact that employer.
