Staff Nurse

About the role

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The selected candidates will provide quality patient care, monitor patient health, administer medications as prescribed, and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established clinical protocols.

• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Follow infection prevention, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.

• Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.

• Educate patients and their families about treatment and recovery.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

What they're looking for

• B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification.

• Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

• Knowledge of patient care, infection control, and clinical procedures.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, if required.

• BLS certification preferred.
